As a DEA psychiatrist, Jarod tries to get a traumatized 5-year-old murder witness to speak. Meanwhile, Mr. Raines is attacked at the Centre by another child into a psychopath Dannie/Einnad by Raines himself.

Jarod investigates the crash of an airplane on which he'd given his seat to a student. Meanwhile, Miss Parker, Sydney and Broots contemplate what all of this means, Lyle Bowman receives his "lock" for this month, and puts it on the wall with all of the others.

Jarod takes the place of a millionaire whose son has been kidnapped, in order to negotiate with the kidnapper and Jarod remembers his own kidnapping.

A message supposedly from Jarod begins an adventure that sees him taken prisoner and soon reveals that two people who were believed killed are alive.
Bank - 5/9/98
Jarod and Miss Parker become hostages in a bank robbery, and among the other customers is a stranger who holds a key to their pasts.

Jarod tries to prevent the Centre from taking a boy to be trained to be another pretender. He learns that the Prodigy Program consisted of seven red files on Pretenders.
Bloodlines, Part 2 - 5/16/98
As Jarod tries to protect a boy, Miss Parker discovers that she has a twin brother. Jarod and Miss Parker are joined by Mr. Parker, Mr. Raines, Willie, and then Sydney with Broots in tow, runs in to warn of the bomb. All are caught on SL27 as the bomb explodes and a fireball heads their way.

Jarod is confined to an asylum and Miss Parker learns the identity of her brother and learn it Mr. Lyle.
Hope and Prey - 10/24/98
Jarod's a bounty hunter searching for his father and finds him in a ring of fire. Meanwhile, Miss Parker tries to get closer to the truth as to whether Jarod's dad killed her mother.
Once in a Blue Moon - 10/31/98
When a 17-year-old girl is kidnapped, Jarod realizes that it's a copycat crime---the abductor is using the same methods as Douglas Willard, a serial killer whose capture Jarod caused many years earlier and who has been in solitary confinement ever since. Knowing that his only chance to save the victim is to get inside Willard's mind, Jarod decides to arrange an interview with the killer. But he finds himself reluctant to meet Willard, vividly recalling the fear he had as a boy trying to crack the case. Also find out that Mr. Raines had a daughter named Annie killed my Willard 20 years ago.
Someone to Trust - 11/7/98
Jarod poses as an arsonist to expose a corrupt attorney, but faces unexpected accusations when the attorney is found dead.At the Centre, Mr. Lyle has convinced Mr. Parker (his father) that he is "turning over a new leaf" -- but Miss Parker discovers that he has just recently murdered his mail order bride. She also discovers that her father knew about it and aided Lyle in covering it up. Jarod continues trying to make Miss Parker understand that they need each other in order to find out the truth about their pasts.

Jarod and Miss Parker meet---more than once---in order to try to find the "missing pieces" involved with Thomas' murder; Jarod finds clues leading to a drug addict who later dies of an overdose.
End Game - 5/8/99
Pretender/Profiler Cross Over - While posing as a police detective, Jarod investigates the abduction of a teenage chess expert. Because of the influential connections of the youth's father, Sam (Profiler) is brought into the proceedings. Jarod and Sam work well together, but the resolution at the end of the first hour is only the first step in the explosive result of the final half.
Quallupilluit - 5/22/99
In an attempt to find his father, Jarod poses as a climatologist and journeys to an arctic research station, unaware that it's operated by the Centre. Shortly after his arrival, murders begin to occur.
Donoterase, Part 1 - 5/22/99
Jarod and his father are finally reunited. However, assassins from the Centre are hot on their trail. Miss Parker learns of a project called Gemini that her mother objections about it, as well as the name Pakor. Part 1 of two.

Conclusion. Jarod and his father team up to rescue the clone created by the Centre's project. Meanwhile, Miss Parker learns more about her mother's murder and got shot try to save her father (Mr. Parker).

Jarod is a prisoner of the Centre, but he escapes to try to save the lives of two researchers. Meanwhile, Miss Parker is recovering from being wounded.

As Miss Parker and Mr. Lyle struggle to survive in a trap that he set for them, Jarod investigates a soldier's supposed suicide during isolation training.

Jarod poses as a San Francisco police detective, in order to try to find a teen who has disappeared; meanwhile, Miss Parker wonders about a Centre newcomer.
